CNA faculty are licensed RNs and professional educators whose primary responsibility is to provide information and methodology to students in the Certified Nursing Assistant class.  Faculty act as role models to students and the college community.  Faculty are certified in CNA practice, skills and theory.  Faculty are expected to maintain clinical and theoretical expertise.  Efforts to improve instruction, student relationships and student retention are expected.  The Certified Nursing Assistant course is a non credit, state approved curriculum comprised of 80-88 hours of classroom and 32-40 hours of clinical experience to complete the course.
